Vaccination and Licensing Clinic 2023  will be held on Saturday, March 11,  at South Ogden City Office.  Dr. Madsen will be offering low-cost Rabies, Bordatella and Combo Vaccinations for cats and dogs.
Rabies shots , Bordatella vaccine,  Combo vaccines for cats (feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia, chlamydia) , Combo Vaccines for Dogs (Canine distemper, coronavirus, parainfluenza, parvo, leptospirosis) .  Nail trims  
Dog licenses for South Ogden and Washington Terrace will be available too.
